    1. the calorific values of the different classes of food such as protein, carbohydrate and fat,
    2. the calorific values of meals taken for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  1. View videos or computer simulations and discuss:
  2. factors that affect the calories requirement of an individual such as sex, body size, age, state of health, physical activities and surrounding temperature,
  3. health problems related to nutrition such as malnutrition, obesity, anorexia and

    diseases resulted from unhealthy eating habits.

RPH M8-9 dikemas kini. Persediaan dibuat dengan baiknya. Elok juga cikgu sertakan Blog RPH cikgu dengan pautan yang berkaitan dgn P&P; spt RPT, Latihan,Bahan P&P dan apa-apa jua untuk rujukan masa pencen nanti. Pada saya cikgu seorang guru yang gigih, komited semasa mengajar dan berpengalaman. Perkhidmatan cikgu bukan setakat telah mendapat bayaran kerajaan Malaysia malah jauh lebih bernilai iaitu bayaran dpd DIA yang Mahakaya.TQ
