a) the uses of colour in printing, electrical wiring, traffic lights, symbols and signals,

b) the importance of colour to humans, animals and plants.

2. Discuss what life is like without colour.

3. Discuss the advantages of having various kinds of optical instruments such as:

a) to overcome the limitation of the sense of sight,

b) extending the capability or power of vision,

c) increasing human knowledge and understanding about nature.
